Clinical Leadership in Practice Program
Target Audience
Doctors working in registrar positions or who will shortly be moving into a registrar position.
Overview
The Clinical Leadership in Practice (CLiP) program is a revised modular format version of the Professional Development Program for Registrars that can be delivered in flexible modular format. Each module will be 3-3.5 hours duration.
The modules include:
Module 1: Self-awareness and emotional intelligence
Module 2: Transition to medical management
Module 3: Communication and conflict management
Module 4: Teams and Teamwork
Module 5: Coaching and supervision

PLEASE NOTE:
For the effective running of any CLiP program, a minimum number of participants (10) is required. If the minimum number is not confirmed one week prior to the scheduled program it will, unfortunately, be cancelled. Registered participants will have the opportunity to roll their registration over to another upcoming CLiP program.
